Whats up bros, i've put in my 2 years of research and i think i have finally decided on what i want to do..

Dbol @ 30mgs weeks 1-4
Sust @ 250mgs weeks 1-10
Clomid weeks 13-17
Will have nolva on hand as well
going to try 6oxo caps instead of ldex.

I would be happy with gains of 10-15 pounds over the 10 weeks, i'm 6'1 210 7% bf right now. I would be very happy with gaining 15 and keeping 10 of solid muscle to put me at 220. One question that i have tho is how to split up the D-bol dosage, i've read of taking it 4 times throughout the day, as well as all at once b4 a workout, so i was just kinda wondering what u all recomend or what has worked for you.

So please let me know what u all think of this plan as well as try and answer my dbol question, and also if u think those gains are a realistic goal. thanks

everyone here swears that 500mg test per week is minimum, and i agree, but...
my 1st cycle consisted of 8 weeks of sos at 250mg/week. I gained about 20#s and kept around 12#s.

My one piece of advice...(and iv'e done a few cycles)
DIET IS THE SINGLEMOST IMPORTANT PART OF ANY CYCLE!!!!!!!!
 
I thin you've got a good cycle plotted bro. I'd suggest runnig the dbol for 6 weeks though cuz I see the best gains from those babies during weeks 4-6. Most people can attest that I usually recommend conservative dosages b/c I reason you can always up your dosages mid-cycle if you are seeing the gains you want. However, I would advise you to drop the dbol to 25mg for weeks 1-6 and run the sust. at 500mgs. for weeks 1-10 and maybe even go 250mg of sust weeks 11-12 just to further solidify your gains. I'd start the clomid in week 12. I know the logic you're using is the sust. is gonna be active for a few weeks so starting the clomid after seems the move to make, but I've found it more beneficial to start jump starting your axis while you've got the sust. still in there so there little or no gap between when you stop getting the test from the needle and start getting it from you cajones. I like to run clomid for 4 weeks at 100mg daily for the first week and 50mg daily for the last three. Some would scream over-kill, but I say its money well spent b/c I'd rather way overdo my gains keeping than lose even an ounce of lean mass I didn't have to. I have no idea what 6oxo caps are, but if they are like arimidex run them the whole cycle at .5 eod or more if needed to limit water retention and estro problems. Oh yeah, and I'd divide the dosages evenly across the toatl hours you are awake, or even at night if you get up to piss every ten minutes like I do. You've put together a good foundation naturally bro, something I commend you for cuz to many don't have the patience. Train hard, eat right, sleep and you will crush you best expectations for growth. I found that when I split up the d-bol dose thruout the day as opposed to taking all at once, I didn't get that tired feeling.

plus splitting the dose would mean you have a steady flow in your blood

Sust should be okay at 250mg for first cycle. It was for me. Diet is everything. Diet is everything. Diet is everything.

Positive Attitude, eat eat train eat eat eat sleep repeat!
 
Thanks for the advice so far guys, but i was talking with a friend and he suggested using the sust for 6 weeks, then doing another 6 of prop@250/week..It is what he plans on doing, but i was just wondering what ur guy's thoughts are on it. thanks

Nope, keep it simple bro.
Its your first cycle, Sus and Dbol would be fine.
 
I've just started my first cycle of Sust, 250/8 weeks. I'm three weeks into my cycle and still waiting for it to hit me. I'm having good workouts though I think my weight gain is just from all the extra food I'm consuming.

I hope to be up around 185 after my cycle and then dropping to around 175-180.
