rerack your fucking weights

dude I totally hate that! I hate it when there is like a rack of just 45's and nothing else! then I gotta search for some other plates all the whilst worrying that someone will take my bar or station! that shit pisses me off.
 
IF YOUHAVENT NOTICED IT SEEMS TO BE THE SMALLER GUYS WHO DO IT, I THINK ITS SO THAT YOU CAN SEE THE WEIGHT THEY HAVE DONE.:p
 
I've been bitching about that for like 2 weeks at my gym. The members are mostly locals - older people, people outta shape -- gym newbies. So I could understand that they are not up on their gym etiquette, except that every 1/2 hour the guy at the front desk announces over the loudspeaker that returning your weights to their full & right locked position ... I mean to the rack is a requirement of gym membership. Of course no one listens.

And interestingly, I was using the bench right next to the new manager & her new bf -- had to ask if her bf was done w/ his 40 dbs -- sort of hinting like "are u gonna use those or are you gonna put 'em back??" She kinda gave me that "deer in headlights" look like --"why, don't they compliment the gym decor right where they are?"

I think I am now referred to as the Weight Nazi.

I haven't given them my written complaint about how people are always leaving empty water & carb drink containers around the gym yet.
 
Yes. Rerack those motherfuckers. I hate having to go around and rerack all that shit at the end of my shift.

Yep. I agree. Why would you want everyone to know that you use two 45s on each side on the leg press, or that you do barbell curls with 75 pounds? It boggles me.

I hate the way my gym is treated. There's always more dbs on the floor than on the racks. The weights are all over the damn place.
 
If your strong enough to lift 'em, your strong enough to pu 'em back. That does really piss me off, fucking slobs:mad:
 
It's easy to bitch about things in life that bother you. I think people re-racking their weights should be a top priority! LOL!
 
The people at my gym are pretty good about that.
We do have a couple though, that need reminding.:(

In my Gym I actually find it is the big guys that think their shit doesn't stink! They leave the leg press with 10 or so plates on it, and walk away to leave the next person ( a lady ) to take them all off. I saw this the other night and if he did not look like he'd snap me, I would of loved to have told him right. I did go over and unlaod it for her and I think he saw it. Hope he knows he is an asshole!
