Rent out Saddam's palaces

What a way to make a few billion in tourism money. Anyone remember when people were paying $10,000 a night to sleep in the Lincoln bedroom? instead of blowing the palaces up why not charge $5,000 a night to sleep in one of Saddam's 50+ palaces. Think of the potential revenue, especially considering the fact that each palace has multiple bedrooms.
