Perhaps, although you could argue that due to the state of the market in general, you wont have as many people jumping into (therefore inflating the price) of this thing right off the bat.

I'll wait to buy til it dips sharply along with the rest of the market on a disasterous day....because it's a safe bet there will be at least one more of those before it's all said and done.
