He's getting plastic surgery too -- well looks like just on his face.....

He actually, at least in the face, ended up looking sort of decent because he was such an amazingly fat pig before. He's still scrawny as shit muscle-wise - hope he embraces the lifting lifestyle for further reference. Pretty funny he hires someone like Craig Titus -- the lifting won't get him "that look". ... but something else will & I dont' think his liver could handle it. If Vince would've taken care of himself he wouldn't need that. He'll probably just go back to the way he used to live & become the fat pig again. But hey, Sequel!

I think his face looks worse now with that hair. He looks like a woman, albeit a very ugly woman. And his new song, what the fuck is up with the first few lines? He sounds like shit until he gets to the part where he can start to wail. And his fiance's face is hell-ugly. Looks like too many lip and mouth augmentations. Craig Titus is friggin huge!

Yep, I have to agree with you..... I didn't notice any real difference with all the facial plastic surgery he had.... Did look a little thinner....
