Regular blood test question

I am active duty military. I am aware of the military steroid testing policy. I have what may seem to be a silly question. I am going in for a normal routine HIV blood test. Will having oral winstrol in my system show anything ill regular on the test? I know you have to be specifically tested for steroids but am unsure if a blood test could show something to be investigated further.

Those types of tests are simply checking ur blood cell counts or other things that could be a trigger of HIV. Ur completely fine, the tests are isolated which means they only look for certain things! If the cell counts are good then they move on to the next one. Don't even sweat it
