I'm basically looking to put on some bulk weight and am wondering if high reps will hinder gains. I have been finding myself dying on certain reps and think it could be because of weaker muscle 2 fibers. I have been doing low reps for awhile. I was thinking of doing lower reps twice in a row and then alternating with a high rep workout...
so each time I'd do, say chest, I'd do high reps every 3rd time.
Will this hinder my gains as far as gaining bulk goes? Will it help me cut down a bit?
