No bro, none of the above, opened or not. After you open it just use a sterile alcohol wipe and wipe the top before loading your pin each time, you'll be good to go.

Look for the expiration date on the bottle. I thought that so0me juice would go bad if kept too cold.

No they will be fine. Make sure it is dark, cool, not cold, no excessive heat, like a basement, nice a uniform year around. Then just watch the expiration date.
