Half life is after it enters your body.
In general, in the long term, quality would be better maintained if you refrigerate it.
I don't know if it would make any difference over 2-3 month period.

putting it in the fridge will usually make it crash

just keep it at room temp...

Room Temp, I use to keep my Gear in a little fridge, But noticed some crystalazation in some of my shit, So now I keep my gear in the fridge,But the fridge is unplugged!!!!
