How much reforvit should be taken daily? I am taking 1cc orally every day. Is that enough, and should I break it up and take it more than once a day.

its 25mgs per 1cc....you could break that into 2 doses...about 1 hour prior to workout to get a nice boost...or take the entire dose prior to workout...may help with heartburn to break it up...really, orals should be taken only once per day...its easier on the system and allows the organs to clean up. Reforvit is considered by many , including myself, to be a weak form of Dbol...i cant tollerate any more than 1cc or 25mgs per day...mood changes too much=depressed...heartburn kills me also at higher levels.
