Hey guys, I don't post much anymore but I recently came upon a little trick I thought I'd share with the rest of you who may have had the same problem as me.
I like to spread my Reforvit dosage out to every four hours or so. The problem is that I work 12 hour shifts and the damn gel caps kept melting in my pocket.
Well I found these smaller gel caps. #3 by the "NOW" company. One gel cap holds about 5.5mg. which is about the same as one dbol. What ya do is fill the number three gel cap and then drop it into one of the larger double 00 gel caps. No more melting. I've kept them for 24 hours and they haven't even began to melt.
Hope that comes in handy for some.............
