refeeding Qs

Alright. DOes it matter what macronutrients you get your calories from when you refeed? i think i'd prefer carbs because i've seen a few scientific studies that show even if you eat tons of carbs most will not be stored as fat. And protein too.

Also will ALA taken during the refeed days have a negative effect since it will lessen the amount of glucose taht gets to the fat cells.

it does matter, for you are trying to achieve anabolism through high glycogen overcompensation

I think you have seen the wrong studies, for if you eat a TON of carbs I assure you, you WILL gain fat

good refeed ratios, weight x 15-18, 60%carbs/30%protein/10%fat
