refeed Headache

I do a carb refeed for 24 hrs from friday night to sat night
on the CKD diet. Thisis the 3rd saturday morning in a row I would wake up with a headache. Does this happen to anyone else?

It sucks, but food hangovers are common after refeeds. The headache is due to fluctuating water and blood sugar levels.
