Ref Check?/ can a Mod or Vet help?

I know I'm new on this board but in the old board that i'm from it was ok to ask a mod or a vet this question. If i'm out of bounds by asking this I'm sorry and it will not happen again.

Just looking to do ref check on someone the reason why is my guy is out for a while do to a newborn.
