Man if you inject that shit your asking for an infection. I have taken both the liquid form orally and the tab form. Tab is much better if you can get your hands on that instead. But definately don't inject that crap. Just slip it under your tongue and you are good to go.

I've never subscribed to the spot growth theory.

But I have injected Ref-b and did, in fact, get a slight infection.

Why inject it when you can drink it and get the same results?


The tabs are great..... the old ones w/ b-12 are round, pink, and have a deep score in the middle...The new ones(no b-12) are round, white, w/ a deep score in the middle.

will bet 90% of the people saying "don't inject that shit" have never even tried it. It is an injectable, that's what it's made for. Yes, it is a mexican vet roid but they don't make the shit to infect the animals. I've done ref-b for YEARS. I've injected TONS of the shit and have known lots of people that have. No one has ever had a problem other than pain at the injection site. DUH! That said, I still normally just drink it, because it works just as well that way, but injection works fine if you want to "experiment".

I've personally done 3 bottles of the Reforvir-B and stuck it every 3 days.You get sore as hell and need to rotate your sites but never got an infection.

Because ref-b is supposedly a dirty product with a lot of bacteria. I've never shot it myself, but my friend who goes to mex with me did it for his first cycle stacked with brovel deca and gained well with no problems
