Ref-b and D-bol tabs

Anyone take both I mean in the morning its easy to drink some Ref-b and throughout the day its easier to take some tabs with me so I can spread them out thurogh the day I was just wondering if anyone else does this I know they have gel caps but I dont get them till next week they are hard to find I had to order them anyway just wondering .

just buy some cheap creatine and use those gel caps empty the shit out and use the gel caps
