reducing water retention in your face?

over the last few months my face has inflated like a blowfish. I havent gained any bodyfat either. Im in sales, so it makes things a little ackward when i cant even smile without looking chineese. (its that bad some days).


Anyone know what it might be, or how i could fix it. Karma for anyone who can help

Maybe you got fat? And if not as you sate then it's your diet or hormonal profle, ie. high estrogen level. So if you are healthy and NOT fatter then it water retention caused by diet, IMO.
