I had a post up before about what are good energy drinks and supplements to take in the morning to wake up and be focused for my workouts. I got some feedback on different items, and I loked each item up. After looking at feedback from people who used redline, endorush or NO-Xplode, I was wondering if these we're at all safe to take a half hour or hour before running. I have a treadmill and in the mornings I'm the worst at waking up and being focused, and I'll usually weight lift and depending on the workout, I'll run the treadmill long distance afterwards. So basically I wanna be focused and have a good pump during weight lifting, and I wanna run aftwards, but I don't wanna take something like these that's gonna have a bad affect for running. just gimme some feedback at what you guys think what's safe and what's not.
