8oz wine has 3g carbs per www.fitday.com..... I don't know metric so I can't convert into grams....

Cooking/heating the wine or any alcohol does not completely eliminate the alcohol....what's left of the alcohol varies...

Same data a Jenz... the trace alchohol left from reducing the wine by itself then 'flaming' it should not be an issue from a nutrition standpoint.

red wine wont flame.... but if its in a reduction 99% of the alcohol is gone, with just the flavor of the grape left...
