Red Blast + Creatine

TQ_

New member
Just joined awhile back and been reading up on the forums. I must say there is alot of useful information. I do however, have one noob question. I looked around but I didn't really find a straight forward answer.

Been working out for almost 2 months now. Workout is great, I'm addicted to the feeling now, and wouldn't have it any other way. I just started taking Creatine about 3 weeks ago, but I still wanted that something extra. My red blast came in today and wow was it intense. The workout felt great, I felt revived and ready to go all day.

My question is, since I'm still going to have good gains at this stage regardless should I drop the creatine for awhile and stick with just the red blast? Is there any harm in taking the creatine WITH the red blast?

Thanks for reading...

you really dont need extra creatine with red blast, some people do take extra but they generally use PureCEE (pure creatine ethyl ester) and only 700 or 1400mg (milligrams) per day.

Would Red Blast also take the place of something like Thermorexin, or are they safe together?
Thanks,

they can be stacked together, though you would want to reduce your thermorexin dose.

typical dosing (6-8) caps with red blast has about the same or slightly more stim level (at least some aspects) as 1 cap of thermorexin (otherwise many users might find it too much)

Do you take red blast macro? I'm still wanting on some people who have been working out alot longer than me to give some feedback on it.

yes

generally 8 caps and 1 cardio breeze (mainly cardio breeze at this time) or thermorexin. definitely longer and easier training sessions, pump is very good (though its generally pretty good anyways as normally use PureCEE), do need a higher water intake to see full benefits energy and pump wise. Stim level is a bit stronger than 2 cardio breeze (endurance may be better, hard to say). Legs tend to get fully pumped just from brisk walking (which generally does not occur with purecee). strength is good.

keeping in mind that have been using many of the base supps/ingredients for red blast for a long time so its harder to give you a "what a difference it makes" comparison.
