i got this article trying to locate it again about an experiment of this guys while doign there cycle they piss they filter it and drink it again so whatever was loss through the piss they can recapture most of it. you guys read this?
apparantly they said it does work b/c they did the same dose on a previous cycle and they gaineded more muscle recyling the piss

Well, the first couple time it made me puke, but that's ok, cuz you just eat the puke. For this to work, you must recycle all of your bodily fluid (and solids), even that stuff that comes out of your zits...that's actually tasty...sometimes I just squeeze it onto my food, makes for a delicious marinade.
