hi everyone. just a question here... How would a person feel like the day after you have a training during a rest day for recovery. Would you feel normal or would your muscles feel a little tensed? And if you feel normal des it mean you have fully recovered? How do you know when you have fully recovered? And during training days, how much must you train until? when your muscles can hardly lift another load or when you feel the muscles alittle tensed up? or issit when you feel like you gonna faint or issit when every load you lift makes you shake until you have to have say "grrrr" to lift the load and to ease the pain? hmmm... anyone can help me?
