Hey fellow freaks . I'm currently having problems recovering from workouts . I train Mon,Wed,Fri with weekends off . I do cardio in the mornings for 45mins and train 1 large and 1 small bodypart in the afternoon averaging about 9 sets for larger muscles and 6-8 for smaller ones . I consistently get between 250-300 grams of protein a day and enough carbs and fats to keep full in all I would guess about 3200-3500 cals a day . I work a physical job as well. I was looking for suggestions and opinions on supplements and possibly changes to my routine to aid in faster recovery . And yes I know I could jump on gear and that would probably help out but I don't currently and haven't ever used and don't intend to start now (just a personal choice people should be allowed to do as they please) .
