Recovery time??

Just a few questions to those who have cycled...

I am in the 11th week of my 2nd cycle...750mgs/wk TestE and 600mgs/wk EQ. I have recently really stepped up my workouts and I have noticed that I do not recover as well as I did in the beginning of this cycle, I also remember my first cycle, 500mgs/wk TestE....I was never sore the day following my workout, no matter how many reps/sets I did. This makes me question my gear. It also makes me question whether or not I have been working hard enough while on cycle. Is it possible to lose the recovery time effect towards the end of a cycle? I plan to run this cycle out to 15-16 weeks.
I am 35, 215lbs, 5'6", and not sure on the BF. I have homebrewed my own gear this cycle and I have gotten some bacne, testicular atrophy, and good strength gains. I have gone from 205 to 215 so far, and my waist has decreased 1 pants size. I feel that my gear is OK, but there is always that little bit of doubt. Is it a normal occurrence to have some post workout soreness the next day after a good workout? I also use A-dex only when needed. I have nolva and Clomid on hand for PCT, but I may try some of the newer test recovery plans....
 
are you getting enough nutrients? 2g's of protein for every pound is ideal for on cycle. also don't worry about the soreness, it means your working your muscles hard and that's what they need to grow. just rotate what your working out everyday and you'll be fine.

edit: i would definitely get some hcg/hmg for the longer cycles.

And that is your answer bro. when you really push it you find you have ne level to brake threw. Look at it as a good thing. now you know what it takes to really work it.
 
I agree...I really push myself alot more than I ever have. I just got alot better gains on my first cycle versus this one. I went from 205 to 225 last cycle on Test E and Dbol. Now Im only up to 215..... This cycle is longer with higher doses of Test, with EQ added in at 600mgs per week, and my diet is about the same as my first cycle but with more calories. I really dont know if my gear is good or not and I fear there is no way for me to tell. Last cycle I finished up my bench right at 300, now im up to 315 so my strength is up, but not exponentially like last cycle.....am I expecting too much from this cycle? Whats the chances my gear is not legit or underdosed? I brewed myself, 10g test E and 10g Boldenone Undyclenate......made 40 ml of test and 50 ml of EQ. The powders all matched all of the legit pics on the net, the test E was kind of pasty and white, and the Bold was liquid, and the smell was like nothing I have ever smelled before. A very heavy chemical like smell....

Any opinions would be welcomed....

Welcome to reality bro. No cycle is ever going to be even as half as good as your first one. Well most of the time anyway. Unless you take one long ass brake.

Of course there is ways to make the most of your cycles. Even with all things in your favor its just never going to be as good.

Now I would also like to tell you that you should not focus so much on the scale and some times not even the weight going up bro. Your still pretty damn new to this game so let me explain it to you.

You were running dbols last time bro. dbols=lots of water retention and lots of weight. It also gives some big ass strength gains.

Now you are using different compounds and its your second cycle. Eq is more like a half cutting half bulking aas. test well test is the base for it all lol.

Bro you are doing fine and if you ask me your making good gains. Well it depends on what your goals were. You need to
1. Know what your goals are
2 know how to eat for these goals
3. know how to train for these goals
4. last know the best aas that will help reach the goals.

I mean thats the basics anyway.
 
First cycle had dbol...I think that explains quite a bit as well. I've never experienced anything too positive from EQ except for vascularity. Dbol also has a positive mental effect of well being, increased aggression, etc. Could account for possibly working out harder during your first cycle, less perceived soreness. Just thoughts. Possible that with the higher dose of test you are getting more binding from SHBG.

Your best bet is to document your whole cycle experiences so you can compare them down the road. You will find not only your best compounds but also routines and diet or be able to pinpoint what aspect didn't work as desired during each. To each his own is very true when considering all three. EQ works great for some, bad for others. Some blowup on dbol, others cut with it. Go figure.

O hell ya. Right everything down. Right your whole life down if you can. The more the better.
 
I appreciate all of the info guys.....you are probably 100% correct on this one.
The goals I had in mind were to get back up to 225 and cut down to about 215 solid.....not in the same cycle of course. I made it up to 225 on my first cycle and I seemed lose almost all of what I had gained, even with a decent PCT. I researched and found that EQ could be the answer for me as it is supposed to give you slow lean gains, plus the test of course...

So are you saying I need to try some different compounds to try to find the one that works best for me and my goals? What would you suggest I try next? I hope to maintain at least 7 lbs of what I have gained this cycle....not sure if I have enough time to do another bulker before spring...was hoping to be more cut in the spring ready for the summer....been really thinking hard about trying out the Tren....maybe I would be better off trying Deca this time around....

Thanks again for all of your insight. I now know that after that first cycle, its going to be hard to beat.

Any more advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
...oh one last question....can EQ cause back pumps like the dbol?
I am now starting to get back pumps like I did when I was in my fourth week of dbol.....maybe I need more than a gallon of water per day????
