recovery stack

hey guys i am gonna be running normal clomid routine 300mg day one, 100mg 14 days, and then 50mg for the last week......is it beneficial to run Nolvadex with the clomid as i have read it has recovery effects to if so how should i take it??

Most people will tell you to just stick w/ the clomid, and add some hcg, maybe Proviron. I like to use Either Clomid or Novla. Since they are pretty much the same thing(a lot of people are outraged by this statement) I usually go w/ the cheaper, Clomid.

Hold up - Proviron may not be the best addition to your stack "post" cycle.....PRVN will suppress your HPTA, and thus is counterproductive toward your intended goals.

Actually, I agree w/ you, like I said, I use either Clomid or novla. I added that b/c there are plenty of people who recommend it, including Nelson M., if i'm not mistaken.

Don't run hcg and clomid at the same time, wait approx 4 days after your last hcg shot to start clomid.
