After a cycle say you have high estrogen still and may be retaining water or fat still does your estrogen go down to normal over time?

also if you were to use an ai does it have a rebound effect on estrogren after lowering it?

When you're on cycle your AI should be at a dose that eliminates the water retension and lowers estrogen(providing you eat clean of course). If your estrogen levels are too high increase the dose but cut back if you feel joint pain which is an indication of your AI being too high. No there is no rebound effect. Make sure you don't use your AI with hcg for PCT. after your HCG use(500iu/ed for 2 weeks) you can use clomid at 50mg/ed for another 2-3 weeks with your AI. I hope this helped. Next time use an AI during cycle or adjust the dose so this doesn't happen.

tell me is it unsafe to use ai with clomid even thow clomid is used after cycle just to help recovery of the jewels and keep estro under control?

Why are you suppose to make sure you don't run hcg with and AI? I only ask because I ran hcg throughout my last cycle with armosin.

Don't use clomid. That shit is a bunch of toxic crap that is also old news. Use Dermacrine Sustain for 4 wks one week after your last test injection. It works great and won't make you an emotional wreck like clomid does. HCG can be run with Arimidex while on cycle. My cycles usualy have test in them and I always use HCG @ 500 iu's ew for the whole cycle and .5mg of arimidex eod and I've never had any problems.

Stating what works for you is great but don't call Clomid crap because it didn't suit you. Clomid has been used by many more people than those that have used derma. That being said, Clomid should be used after the HCG and if you don't like Clomid then you can go other routes.

As for the question about using an AI with HCG, it isn't a good idea because you will end up suppressing too much estrogen and cause recovery to be even harder.
