Recovery question.

what up bros? mods i was sure if this is the right place to be posting it so if its not can u direct me to move it (i duno if i can or i need a mod to)?

ok so i work out 6 days a week monday - saterday and im always soar mondays - monday (no suprise) (i love the routine its like i know whats going to be soar each day of the week according to my work out and its just like a habbit or lifestyle that makes me mentaly feel better when i see improvments , sry for rambeling) . I take 5000 mg of l-glut a day and ala in the morning and after work out. Its like when i first started working out a while ago then after years the soarness like this either became unnoticable or im geneitcs were coming to a max (by the way i look i dont think so, im big and got muscle but im not HUGELY BEAST which alot of natural body builders could be, back to the point) now that i have started my cycle, am soo soar lol, its good but im assuming once i come off the soarness will come to normal again, will i keep my gains? after months of no cycles will i eventully come back again? Im saying in doing my first cycle will i have to continue using to not come back to old look ( still keep inmind still with with intense training 6 days a week)? ok so basically do gains realllllly say like for good or without coming back on they return to ??? beast but not as beast i guess u could say? Mabey im training harder than ever? i really dont think so just my strength is increasing so much quicker than it normally does, so much quicker? Is there any books or website that i can read to see exactly what aas's do to your endocryne system and body in general, i know all the basics i just want to get a little more in depth. thanks again bros
