On april 2004 my friend came off a deca test cycle he did no pct after the cycle he did not notice any low test levels but now he has notice that his testicals have shrunken a little bit what can he do?can he use hcg or clomid even thou 9 months have past will these work to bring testicals to a normal size even thou 9 months have past and will there be any side effects?

HCG will perk them RIGHT up.

After 9 months everything should be normal. I would advise him to get bloodwork done if he is unsure.

I concur that after 9 months he should be back to normal but Dr. JMW's protocol can be run anytime to ensure full recovery:

Weeks 1-6 50mg/day clomid with 20mg/day nolvadex

Weeks 1-3 1000IU HCG EOD
