Recovery from knee surgery (need advice)

Hey fellas, in July 09 I had a knee scope done on my right knee to smooth out the synovitis build up. I started up physical therapy in September but due to my insurance situation I was unable to continue after about 12 sessions. Ive been lazy about it up until the new year, Im looking for some advice on how to get my knee back 100%. My quad has shifted downward due to the weakness in my legso if anyone has some tips or pointers it would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
