Recovery from a test only cycle

I have done several cycles in the past. My last one was over a year ago. I am planning a test only cycle @ 800 mg. per week. I will be jump starting with d-bol, running arimidex througout, and atttempting to incorporate an effective recovery plan. For those experienced with fairly large test only cycles, what would be your must have substances for keeping as much of your gains as possible? This could include supplements as well as pharmaceuticals. I would like to get some real-life feedback in regards to what has worked for everyone in the past. I am currently 6' tall, weigh 225 pounds, and my b.f. percentage fluctuates between 10, and 12 percent. I would like to get to 250 while keeping my bodyfat in check. (as much as possible) Make no mistake, I ain't afraid to eat. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I will be keeping my cycle length fairly short at 8 weeks.
 
ok I would extend your cycle to 12-16 weeks, and run HCG @ 250 iu's twice per week from beginning to end...3 weeks after last injection start clomid
day 1 300mgs
day 2-11-100mgs
days 12-21-50mgs

Thats what I would do
 
I like your idea of extending the cycle. I am curious as to your logic behind extending the cycle to those lengths. There are others on this board that would tend to disagree with you. I am not one of them, but I always like to hear differing opinions. Why go 12-16 weeks?

I'm sure some will disagree... but to me 8 weeks with an oil base is to short....You will not even start feel it until the 5th week...
