Recovery after cycle

I've got a quick question. I've been off of cycle for about 3 months now and my nuts are still small. I took anywhere from 250mg to 750mg of test a week for a year and i took 25mg of d-bol a day for 4weeks at time every 12 weeks thru out the year. Made some pretty impressive gains. I took PCT for 4 weeks after cycle. Waited for weeks after my last shot to start PCT. I have not been to the doctor yet to have levels checked. How long before my nuts should drop back down?

For your nuts to drop down where? Did you use HCG?
