Recomp cycle prop/tren/dbol or prop/npp/winny

Hello guys,

Stats : 5'8 ; 186lbs ; BF 12%~

Was originally planning to run prop/tren/dbol, but now wondering maybe prop/npp/winny would be better for recomp ?

My main goal is to add few lbs of some lean mass and shred a few percent of bf

So the cycles would be :

1) 1-7 Prop 125mg/eod
1-6 tren 75mg/eod
1-4 dbol 30mg/ed

2) 1-7 Prop 125mg/eod
1-6 NPP 300mg/week
4-7 Winny 50mg/day

Which one would you choose? l Have used both tren and npp. Npp gave me much more water gain than tren, on the other hand when l was on tren l was looking the best in my life.

Also thinking to add T3 @ 25mg ed for first 3-4 weeks then replace it with clen the other weeks, what you think is it worth it?
 
I like the first cycle minus the dbol, test n tren is all u need there

I like the first one thinking about running my next course very similar should get great results if you put in the hard yards (diet and training) keep us posted on which one you choose and how it goes for you
 
Why do you need 3 compounds or orals at all for a recomp at 185? I think kids just like to stack more and more shit into their cycles just to experiment sometimes.

Go with a test base, and if you feel you really need something else pick: deca, tren, eq or primo depending on how you handle each drug, your budget and the specifics of your goals. I could see a low dose test with tren or with a moderate to high dose of eq or primo being optimal for a recomp.

If you insist on a short cycle (I am the opposite I would rather a 20 week cycle than an 8) and you tolerate tren well the 2nd one would be a better choice out of the two for an 8 week recomp cycle.
 
I would say replace dbol with tbol with the first one. Should have little bloat as tbol produces lean gains with almost no bloat. That would be nice IMO.
