looken to get a power rack.. wondering if anyone can recommend me where to buy one..

Really depends on how much you're looking to spend...I would suggest you check out EliteFTS. They are a bit "pricey" for alot of people, but imo well worth it in the long run.

^^^Agreed. EliteFTS would be a good choice if you want to customize the rack.

As far as well-built no-frills racks, check out Midwest Barbell. Another good option would be the basic PowerTec rack, which is available from a ton of online equipment stores.
