nothing else really needs to be said... steve is exactly right... you are trying to build your base with steroids which is backwards... you have to build your base FIRST or you are never going to be successful and actually cause a lot more harm yo-yoing up and down like this... thats NOT good and not only is that bad internally but it can cause you to sustain injuries far easier when training as wellbrother my post was being facetious. but you are missing my point
you cannot build a base with steroids.. you must build a base WITHOUT steroids first. you have used steroids already and are still not where you should be. if you keep using steroids you will continue spinning your wheels. need to stop this nonsense and get on a proper diet and workout program
