Recommended Cutting Cycle?

Hello everyone, I'm new in the board, I look forward to staying a lot here, its a very nice and helpful forum.

Well, I have an important question to ask

What would a cycle consist of to be a really good CUTTING Cycle..

I am asking for name and dosage, I'm trying to get cut and I'm looking for people who know more than me to give me their advice.

IMO and in many others there is no such thing as a cutting cycle. There are cutting diets and there are AS to help you get to your goal. I think that its fairly common for people to think that they wont have to diet to lose weight if they are on AS. Your stats would help a lot for us to help you. Some AS that are commonly used in "Cutting Cycles" are Winstrol, Clen,and maybe some Primo. I suggest that you research theses and come up with your own cycle and have it reviewed on this forum.
 
If this is a first cycle, stick with winstrol 50mg/day or anavar 30-50mg/day and commit to a very strict diet and intense training program.

The major part of a cutting cycle is the diet, cardio and HIT weight training.

For my cutter I am running Prop/fina/winny/LQD/bromo/ECA.

These will get you hard, pumped and vascular. But still need to be on very strict diet, with high protien/moderate carbs and low fat to get rid of extra body fat. I usally lift for an hour and half then do 1 hour of cardio and really get ripped. Also try not to eat any carbs or fat before 3 hours prior to working out, to minimize blood sugars that need to be burned off before fat burning can start.

Well, i'm 21 years old, I weight 205lbs i'm at 12 - 13bf%, and well I want to look more defined, show my abs and well get cut..

Hey guys umm, how would a recommended dosage be for my weight? can you advice me with a cycle for around my weight ( I mean like the dossage and steroid to take)

Would you post your "very strict" diet or an example?, please, or if you want you can send me a private msg with it, thanks!

btw i'm researching alot now, and well I read some stuff about the three of them and I think that Clenbuterol, Deca and Winny can be a good mix, am I right or wrong?

While I agree that diet and cardio are the determining factors of a bulking or cutting 'cycle', some drugs just fall naturally into one or the other. Dianabol for instance... ever known anyone to use this on a proclaimed 'cutting' cycle? What about winstrol while 'bulking?' Sure, they can be used in either, but why not use them in the most effective way?
 
free cutting cycle = eat less

...50mg/ed winny would be fine to prevent catabolism
 
for a first cycle try cyp or enan 250/400mg per week for eight weeks. split the dose into two injections per week. cardio/training and diet are really the only important factors for you here. check the diet board for cutting diets and check the training board for cutting routines, you will find shit loads of info on there for ya. good luck.

I assume this is your first cycle or run with the drugs???

Deca can be a real wild card for gyno and deca dick depending on you sensititivity and dosages. Most run some form of test with deca to combat the dead monkey on the antena syndrome that can happen with deca.

I would run 50mg winny/day with ECA stack or ripped fuel 3 times a day. Once you stop seeing results from ECA then you can graduate to clen if you even need to, its not for everyone!

My first cycle was winny only and gained about 13 pounds of lean body mass muscle. The shreaded part comes from diet and cardio!!!

Diet:

Low fat: under 20 grams/day.

Moderated carbs: brown rice, plain oatmeal, plain baked potato.... NO SIMPLE SUGARS (soda, milk, candy.....) those are what make you look smooth.

High Protien: hard boiled egg whites, white tuna, chicken breast, grilled fish and protien shakes (100% whey)
 
for a first cycle why not just try test at 250-500mg per week... very simple and very easy to control the sides.. look up nolva and prostate health and hairline info

look up CKD diets in the diet forum

get a good cardio/weight training routine down

dont cheat on your diet and you will have great results

basically try to keep carbs under 100g per day (minus post workout) you can be more or less strict here if you know your body.

keep TOTAL calories under maintenance level...

get your rest

get lots of protien

you should be set

also look up post cycle recovery

:) and whats their purpose?

I kinda need the complete names to find info on them.
