recommendations...?

Hi, I am going to do a cycle of 40mg anavar daily for 30 days, I know anavar's half life is 9 hours, so I was thinking of doing 20mg Nolvedex daily for two weeks immediatly after my cycle is over. Is this sufficient anyone, or should I up the dosage?
