Recommendations for a cheap cardio machine

Ffactor

For $200 or less, just something I can get to do 30 minutes of cardio every morning before coming to work.

What about a skipping rope if you don't have downstairs neighbours..

I find the cheap cardio machines, feel like cheap cardio machines. Not comfortable to work out on.

A local Track, A heavy bag and gloves, a jump rope, Plyos and agility drills ect... There are a lot of cardio excercises you can do if you are creative

For $300 I picked up an Eclipse HR1100 Elliptical machine from Sports Authority. I've used it 5 times a week since Thanksgiving and it has held up well. I weighed 255 when I got it. I'm down to 230 now.

Find somewhere to swim if you don't want to run. Try your local hospital and see if they have times for you to use it etc.
