For a first run start at 2 iu ED for a month or so, then go up to 3 or 4 ed if you have to. Last time I used it I was in the 260 lb range and was running 4-5 IU ED 5 days on, 2 off and it hurt my joints, gave me numbness and tingling in my fingers, and bloated me pretty bad. I now use only 2 iu ED for a minimum of 6-9 months. I'm currently using generics, 2 iu ED and loving it.
