doing the cardio,nutrition is spot on,using the 5 times 5 weights program,i want to know is a post workout shake essential?im trying to lose weight/BF
if it is which one do you recommend?do u buy them or make your own?
also using the 5 times 5 weight program wont make me big and bulky will it?im trying to tone up and get as ripped as possible
