Recommend a cycle

I have a buddy that's 5'11, about 270 lbs, works out like a beast 4-5 days a week, but just cannot lose any fat. I've worked out with the guy and he's just an animal in the gym. I don't know if he's just not getting enough cardio or what's the problem. We do a lot of circuit training. He's never done steroids before, but wants to give it a shot because he sees the positive effects on me (i'm 5'9, 187, currently on a Test prop, EQ, and Tren cycle and down to about 7% body fat and still dropping). Any idea of what kind of cycle we could possibly put him on to burn some fat? Maybe drop him to 240 or 250. If you need more info, just let me know.
 
Fasted cardio, 10 hrs after last calories. 1 Gallon H2O daily & eliminate sugar. I have a book on Atkins diet principles that is quite informative. I'm a HUGE believer in limiting, if not elimimating simple sugars (fresh fruit/juices not included).
 
If hes looking to lose fat and hes 270, steroids are not the solution. steroids are GROWTH drugs ONLY.
 
I talked him out of it. Gonna make him clean up his diet, bust ass on the treadmill, and THEN maybe start a cycle when he drops about 20-30 lbs. Thanks for the info.
