Recommedations on First Cycle?

I am 24yrs old about 6'0 ft. 180lbs.
BF 10%
Bench Press max 285x1
Deadlift max 365x1
Squat max 340x1.

I have been working out since I was fourteen year old. Always played sports and I am thinking about resuming football. I eat all the time. My diet is very clean. I always hit up a lot of egg whites and oatmeal, wheat bagels, turkey bacon stuff like that in the morning. I have protein drinks in between meals. I'll have a ton of chicken throughout the day as well as lean meat, fish. I am not an expert but I think I eat good and I workout hard at the gym sometimes where I feel like puking or passing out. Again my goal is to gain strength and size like everyone wants but keep the bodyfat low.

I have never taken steroids.I am leaning toward possibly a test only cycle with HCG and nolva for pct.. If you think this is decent thought, How much test would you run? test cyp? test pro? test enth? For how long? Would you run HCG during cycle or wait until after?Or possibly a different suggestion. Be specific if you can. Thank you I appreciate the input. I just want to thorough and be confident with the cycle and have everything on hand before I start.

If u would take that then u most pin every day, or eod.
The beauty of it is that it goes in fast (kicks fast) and leaves fast (u can start pct just days after last shot), but than again, pinning rather much will make u feel a bit sore.

Test e and c, 2 pins a week, say mon and fri.
Slow esters (kicks in slower, 4-5weeks) and leaves slow (2-3weeks to pct) i think.
Whitin that time u could loose a bit muscle.

U have to be on atlest 10 weeks on test e or c, some recomend maybe 12.
That will shut u down pretty hard, depending on u offcourse, and u will have to wait longer than u can do your next cycle.

Test p u can get away whit a 8 week good cycle, even 6, and u dont have to wait as long to beging your next cycle.

Would also run the hcg in the cycle 250 iu 2 times a week from, say week 3 or 4.
Most first timers take 250-500mg a week, i go or 400-450.
 
And I like Test Eth or Cyp,Prop hurts so bad that i can't train the next day, stick to a low dosage, dial the diet in and get at least 1 & 1/2 grams of protein for every lb of bodyweight since AAS speeds up protein synthesis.

Good call on that AAS increases protein synthesis Radar!
Test enanthate or cypionate is the best for a first cycle. prop will be too much for a 1t cycle! too many injections and painful from what I have heard.
I did test e at 500mgs every week for 12 weeks. That worked out great for me. (I also did some dbol for the firt 6 weeks also)
check out the primordial performance pct test recovery products for your pct.
hcg is good during the cycle.
what are your goals for this 1st cycle??
