Recipes & to EO or not to EO

What's up guys been around for a while however I am now studying and practicing to be a chef. I need 4 solid recipes and methods for test e deca Tren ace and Winny (water based) from some experienced cooks. Also with all info and opinions I've gathered no 2 are likely the same? Also opinions on utilizing EO or not would be also appreciated. Thanks guys!
