Hola,

I always notice there is very little activity in this forum and it could be absoulutely awesome...I hate eating bland....

Lets have some recipes! I added a protein flapjack one last week which makes awesome tasting bars with awesome macro's...

OneBreath gave a great recipe the other week - 5 cups of raw Brocolli and...well...erm...thats it. Just 5 cups of Brocolli :jenscat

soy sauce, a pinch of white pepper, some garlic powder and chicken broth. let the chicken or steak sit in it for a few minutes and grill it. its delicious, my diet was so bland cuz i wasnt adding salt to any foods and keeping sodium intake low, but i found out that you should salt your foods while dieting. your body NEEDS sodium to function and as long as you drink plenty of water 1.5-2 gallons a day, you dont really need to worry about sodium intake
 
Here is a way to make Oats taste good:

Microwave up 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup skim milk then add cinnamon, cocoa powder, splenda, and ANPB........GOOD SHIT!!!!!!!
