Receptor "spring cleaning" drug?

I was just in a bodybuilding store and was chatting with the owner, who is also quite into gear. He was telling me about some new drug that appently has the ability to "clean out" receptors so that you can continue to use low doses and grow(I'm not sure of exactly how receptors work so don't know if that is possible), he said he didn't know much about it but that it was really expensive and might be made by an australian lab.
This rather sounds like a pipe (or wet) dream, anyone know anything about such a wonder drug?

He's talking about Methandriol Dipropionate.Its shit. Its highly estrogenic and is a joke. Its in alot of aussie vet products (combination with test,deca,eq,ect.) and by itself as well.
The old stock of what was exported to Denkall of Mexico is still down there-nobody, and I mean NOBODY BUYS THIS JUNK.
