Rebound Diet Split...

I have been off the gym scene for 4 months due to work. Before I stopped I was 6'3" 274 lbs 9.5% bf... I tried to keep it but I am down to 225 lbs 8% bf. I wasnt able to eat hardly at all.
Well that is all gone now. I plan on doing my damnest to get it back and try to hit 3 bills. I am on a "Warm up" cycle of 750mg enanthate / week and 100 mg fina ED for 8 weeks before I hit my hardcore bulking phase, but I would like to get the routine down pat for a month or so... and tweak it I go 110%.
As far as diet goes what kind of split do you guys recommend to gain weight...

I am willing to give it my all if i can get some Ideas guys...

Its time to put on the winter coat!!!
