Really Need Some Help!!!!

REALLY NEED SOME HELP!!!! - Everyone's opinions please!!!!

Well, I'm finally back after a 6 month layoff. I was in a car accident (not my fault) and I feel like SHIT!! I was at my all time best at 297 with a pretty decent set of abs. Then some fucker runs a red light and puts me in the hospital for a month and now I'm down to a scrany 240 with ZERO ab definition.(I have put on some fat too) This really sucks. I was curious if it would be ok for me to use the dbol bridge and maybe some insulin to get me back into shape to where I was before the accident. (by the way, I had been off for an entire year before the wreck). Any ways, I was hoping that the dbols plus slin would get me back faster without fucking up my own test production. Also, can I take the dbols with grapefruit juice in the morning, or would that mess up my body?

i really dont think they would do much for you.....you just have to slowly get back into training.
 
well, I'm totaly healed up. I feel fine. I have about 200 extra dbols and 2 bottles of slin. I want to stay as natural as possible and don't want to loose my sex drive. I can get back into shape pretty easily, but i don't want to wait another 6 months just to get back to where I already was. I wanted to use something like the dbols cause when I got back to where I was i was going to cycle so I could compete in November.

maybe you should try getting back into shape with out anything first?

If you were 290, ripped, and didnt train for a year before the accident....doesnt sound like you need anything but stepping into a gym
 
i meant to say that I was off as in being off my cycles for over a year. I was working out. But, no one thinks that it is ok to use a bridging method to sort of bridge my way to my next cycle? Just curious.
