guys, i'm about to go on some gear and i need help developing a routine that really works... i hear some say hit everything once every 5 days and others say once a week and some say low reps and others high reps... how often should i hit each muscle andwhat reps and sets of specific muscles should i use??? please help i look at pictures of you guys and am like "what the f- am i doing wrong???"
