hey guys i was curious if it really was important to lift on your neck regularly? Right now i've been cosistently lifting evenly on my entire body but i have not focused at all on my neck area. So should i start to lift on it? will my body look abnormal if i lift a few more months and still do not lift on my neck?
if i SHOULD lift on my neck, what exercises should i do for it besides shrugs? and what body part day should i group it with?
back/bi?
chest/tri?
legs
shoulders?
