abolish the weak

So 2 yrs ago this kid comes into work. He is 11 yrs old and he is friends w/ my co -workers kid. Anyways, he was just fanatical about bodybuilding, he saw me and I told him I was preparing for a show. So anyways, he starts asking me to flex my arms and starts taking pics of me with his camera phone. Ok, shitty part of the story now. The kids dad used to compete and died from cancer, kid starts telling me I reminded him of his dad. Comes out in the bay and starts lifting weights w/ me(I work for a fire dept and we have weights.)
2 yrs later, few days ago. I'm in the gym, kid walks up to me about 6 inches taller and asks me my name. I tell him, and he says "you remember me?" I was like holy shit, kid got way taller. Anyways, he says his mom drops him off there every night around 6:00 and he lifts by himself. So then the kid pulls out his phone, and says "hey ,you remember these pics?" He still had the pictures of me on his phone. Actually a new phone and he had them transferred to it!!Then went into telling me all about his dad again. Almost choked me the fuck up for real. Anyways, just thought to share.
