really fucked up elbow

..im gonna have to go get it checked but im afraid the doc will say i cant lift or something. its the joint...it hurts so fuckin bad now its crazy. i had trouble just doing warmups with shoulder press today, just usin like 35lbs dbs to warmup and it felt like i was tryin to push the 100s with all my might. fuck, i just dont understand i mean its no tear or break but its an extremely sore joint....any of u guys have any suggestions or just go see doc and deal with it?

Go to see the doc.

Most injuries heal with time, true, but if youre working out, and you dont have to, youre delaying your natural healing.

Some deca might help a bit, but takes more than two weeks to start acting.
 
yeah mate i got a similar prob with my wrists at the mo, i cant put any pressure on them, so i cant bench or anything, so i got some wraps, they really help, maybe you should give em a go
 
Time off never hurt anyone. It can be rewarding, as you may come back more focused and stronger than before you left. Even if you had to take a month off you will not get tiny. You will probably get smaller, but it is so easy to gain the size back. Your first priority is to get healed. If it was a muscle you hurt, the recommendation is to still work out but using very light weight so as you get the blood circulating to the area. For a joint I have no clue.

Who knows how effective it works, but have you tried glucosamine/chondrition?
